Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can make it right.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes press on nails and other beauty products, as well as custom or personalized orders.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item before placing your order, we encourage you to contact us—we’re happy to assist.


Exchanges
To ensure the fastest resolution, approved issues will be handled through replacements or store credit, rather than physical returns. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will be happy to assist you with receiving the correct item or issuing store credit toward a future purchase.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
